Epoxy roof coatings are based on the epoxy resin formula which has an excellent record for protection of steel and other ferrous metals, and contain good anti-corrosive properties.
Epoxy coatings are generally used in industrial enviroments, but can also be used in domestic areas when required. They are hard wearing coatings that give long term protection, but have a tendency to chalk if not overcoated with a suitable top coat.
Normally these types of roof coatings come in two parts that need to be mixed in the correct quantities, for correct application.
